Cancellation

Your reservation is both important and special to me. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please let me know as soon as possible. The more time I have to try to re-book your room, the better the chances are of filling your room for you.

I have a two-week cancellation policy. If you cancel anytime after 14 days prior to your scheduled stay, you will be charged the full cost of this stay, unless I can rebook your room. (Special circumstances will be considered).

Cats in the house

I have my two cats living in the house with me. I keep them out of the guestrooms.

Smoking

The B&B is a non-smoking area. If you want to smoke you can do that outside.

WIFI

Free WiFi available.

Free parking

There is space to park your car.

The B&B in wintertime

Winters in Jordan can be cold with  rain and even snow. The houses are not insulated or centrally heated and that can give some inconveniences when you expect a warm winter house like at home. The kitchen is the place to be in wintertime, with the heat of a gas heater. There are small heaters (2000 Watt) available for the rooms and I can give you a hot water bottle to have warm feet in the night. And it’s good to bring some slippers or thick socks  to wear in the house.

Questions and remarks

If you have a question or remark, or if there is anything I can do to make your stay at our B&B more enjoyable and comfortable, please let me know.
